It may not be the Elite figure, but this Basic Series 3 Randy Orton figure looks just as good and the tattoos looks just as detailed. But I'm pretty sure that the sleeve tattoos on the Elite figure looks slightly sharper and more detailed. But other than that, as far as I can tell, the head sculpt is similar to that of the Elite Randy Orton figure and it looks really great. Mattel has really done a great job on the WWE figures so far and I hope they maintain this form. From the tattoos to the head sculpt, Mattel hasn't disappointed me thus far and this Randy Orton figure just shows it all. This figure is a must have for any WWE fan and figure collector!
